Health Guarantee Explained

You are required to have a vet check your puppy within three days of pickup. Not having this done will void the health guarantee.

Genetic defects are covered for one year. Before we will replace any puppy, written examination from a licensed veterinarian must state that genetic defect exists and be accompanied by all documentation and tests we deem necessary, autopsy, x-rays, mri's etc... The buyer must contact the seller immediately if any problems are found by their Vet. It is understood by all parties that no refunds will be given. If your puppy is found to have a life-threatening congenital defect the puppy will be replaced, he/she must be returned to us unless otherwise agreed, shipping charges will be the responsibility of the buyer. The AKC papers must be returned to us either way "unregistered".  You are required to have a vet check your puppy within three days of pickup. Not having this done will void the health guarantee.

A replacement puppy will be from our next suitable litter. With breeding, we cannot give a time table on this. If any of buyer warranty work is not done in a timely manner (months instead of a few weeks) you will get one reminder then we will consider the matter closed. You can only get a male if your pup was a male. No pick of litter. You may not request a special pairing to breed. If you pick from a more expensive breeding, you will need to pay the difference in price including the deposit which is nonrefundable.

We take pictures, video and have two well puppy checks on all babies. If you call after you pick up your puppy saying there are major issues we will require you to prove it with testing from an unbiased Vet. We do this because (1.) Some are friends with their vets on a personal level. (2.)We have had a puppy dropped after pickup and a birth defect blamed for swelling. This guarantee is in place to protect both of our best interests and the puppy. Examination to be done by a unbiased Vet we mutually agree on. This is the same for any required testing. We expect test results to be provided to us directly from lab/Vet. You will have your own copy. We also request it be made clear that we are able to speak to any Vet involved about this pup without question.
